Privacy policy.

Short version: we collect only what you type into the contact form, we use it only to reply, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

What we collect and why

Contact form: name, email or phone, what you need, your message, and the time of sending. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep it for as long as the conversation is open and up to 24 months afterwards.
Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, typically for a few weeks.
Analytics: if enabled, we use cookieless, aggregated analytics (page views, country, device type). No personal profile is built and nothing is shared with advertisers.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and therefore shows no cookie banner. Your browser may store a preference (for example the language) locally; that data never leaves your device.

Third parties

Hosting provider of hextekdesign.gr (EU).
Script libraries loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and unpkg.com (your IP address is visible to them when the page loads).
Fonts are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from Google Fonts.
If you contact us over WhatsApp or Viber, their own privacy terms apply.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@hextekdesign.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
