How it works

  1. ScopeWe write down the 5 things the app must do, and the 50 it must not — yet.
  2. PrototypeA clickable prototype in two weeks, on your phone, before a line of backend exists.
  3. BuildBackend, app and admin in parallel, with weekly builds you can test.
  4. RunStore release, monitoring, and a maintenance plan so the app keeps working after launch day.

Questions

Native or cross-platform?

Depends on what the app has to touch. Camera, Bluetooth, encryption, background work → native. Content, forms, dashboards → a PWA or React Native ships faster and costs less.

Can you take over an existing app?

Yes, after a short code review so we both know what we’re getting into.

Who owns the code?

You do. Every project is handed over in its own repository, with documentation.
